Since it was founded in 2002 the Larkfleet Group has specialised in the construction of high quality homes for both open market and the affordable housing sector. Based in Bourne, Lincolnshire, the Group builds homes throughout the East Midlands and the East of England. Due to increased workloads we are seeking to strengthen the team with the appointment of a:-
The role:
- To manage the technical aspects of development projects from inception to commencement on site
- To ensure that all projects incorporate the highest quality of design
- To coordinate information capture and flows which will allow our properties to achieve 'Code for Sustainable Homes' accreditation
- To promote good practice which will contribute towards minimisation of cost and maximisation of quality
The successful candidate will possess the relevant qualities and have suitable experience in managing this key role within the business. In addition it is essential that the successful candidate has a proven track record in appointing, monitoring and managing external consultants.
The role requires the applicant to be enthusiastic; self motivated and be an effective communicator.
